Welcome to Fairfield’s Artisan Eden

The Depot Brewery is Fairfield’s swankest musical nightspot and ace watering hole, featuring a bevy of in house home-crafted draft brews that always get rave reviews with brewmeisters Heath Hoadley and Paul Wheeler often on tap proudly serving up their delicious blends.

Owners Bob and Judy Bernards have created a wayfarers’ paradise at the corner of Depot and 4th Street in an area once dubbed New Chicago. Four years in the making, infused with handcrafted aesthetics by the work of over a dozen artisans including renowned wood carver John Schirmer, this one of a kind, solar-powered, lovingly refurbished live event dance venue, offers a full bar in a friendly neighborhood setting that is both down home and premium bohemian.

The Depot Brewery is open 7pm to close Wednesday through Saturday. A fireplace to warm the cockles of your heart in the winter. A pool table upstairs in a comfortable lounge setting. An open-hearted artisan Eden built around the aesthetic of creative expression emanating from the heartland’s musical mecca.

Live music every night. Wednesdays Late Night Open Mic with host Tim Carey starting at 10pm. Thursdays 8pm Open Jam with the Depot House Band featuring selected guests. Fridays and Saturdays 8:30pm enjoy fabulous local, regional and touring acts for a $5 cover charge. 11pm to close on weekends the areas’ finest DJs light up the dance floor. No cover.
